As part of the “Life and Protection” project to combat violence against women and girls, Edraak Foundation for Development and Equality, in cooperation with EuroMed Feminist Initiative, organized a series of awareness seminars for 30 women from the Basateen area. These seminars focused on the mechanisms of electronic protection and digital safety to combat extortion and online violence on social media. The seminar was led by Mr. Ahmed Tarek, a researcher in media issues and digital safety.

Life and Protection – Family Conflict Resolution Session
As part of the “Life and Protection” project to combat violence against women and girls, Edraak Foundation for Development and Equality, in cooperation with EuroMed Feminist Initiative, organized a series of awareness seminars for 30 women from the Basateen area. These seminars focused on how to face the pressures and psychological impact of violence and ways to resolve family conflicts.
Dr. Basma Mahmoud, a mental health specialist and researcher in women’s issues, was the speaker at the seminar.
